A round stool with a deep wool fleece top, shorn and woven rather than a hide, on three legs so it never rocks on an uneven floor. It is the warmest thing to put bare feet on in winter and it sheds a little, like all long-pile wool.
The fleece flattens where it is sat on and lifts again with a brush. It is not washable; it is brushed and aired.
