Quote your order reference if you have one — it looks like STH-2026-123456 — and the name of the piece if the question is about one in particular. Email is the only channel; there is no phone line and no shop to visit.

What we can help with

• Will it fit. Send the width of the narrowest door or stairwell on the route and the dimensions of the space. We check it against the door clearance of the piece and tell you honestly.
• Which seat height. Tell us who will sit in it and how they get out of chairs now. The seat heights run from 37 to 46 cm and the difference matters more than any photograph shows.
• Fabric samples. Free, up to five, by post within a week. Ask for them by colour name.
• A delivery date. The crew call to agree it; if you have not heard within the lead time on the page, write and we chase it the same day.
• A frame fault. Photograph the joint, rail or spring and send the order reference. The 5-year guarantee covers repair or replacement; how it works.
• Arrived damaged. Note it on the delivery sheet if you can, photograph it before the packaging goes, and write to us. Replacement parts or a replacement piece go out without the damaged one coming back first.
• A return. Start it by email; we book the collection and tell you the fee before you confirm. The policy.
• A window seat cushion. After ordering, send the exact width and depth in centimetres, measured twice. We cut to those numbers.
